Presidents Message

This will be my last president's message. As every January the board elects its officers and my time is up!
1999 was a great year, I want to thank the many people who gave so much time and energy for our various projects like Christmas and the 4th of July and the 1999 board members who donated more time and effort than I ever imagined. I have enjoyed this past year immensely. I have gotten to know so many people because of the Chamber. It has been good for me personally as well as professionally.
The Chamber of Commerce is here to serve its businesses and I am proud to be a member. I have high expectations for a successful and profitable year for all of our island businesses. A new year, a few new faces on the board, fresh ideas, our new office location--there are a lot of great things going on.
Be sure and become a member of the Chamber for the year 200, it will be our best year yet!
