Happy Fall to all of our members!
WE HAVE MOVED! If you missed our last meeting at San Juan Golf and Country Club, you missed the announcement. The Chamber office is now downtown on Spring Street! We are located above the Ale House. We are currently working on Spring Street signage and getting our office set up. The brochure racks are up and running in our office and looks great! These racks will replace the Kiosk and the Port as we will be able to meet, greet, and hand out brochures to visitors of the San Juan Islands. With this great location we will be able to answer questions, direct visitors and have a live person for people to talk to both in person and on the phone. We are moving ahead, and making great strides to serve our members better and better!

We still need a few times, like chairs! If you have anything that you don't need -- office wise -- give Christine of Jody a call.

Now that the rush has slowed some, be sure to attend our next meeting at Wood Duck Ponds on Tuesday, October 12th. At 5:30 -- Look for directions in this newsletter.

Also, we have some positions available on the Chamber Board for the upcoming year. We need dynamic individuals that aren't afraid to make decisions and that play nice with others. HA! HA! We need interested people to write a 25 word paragraph on why they would like to be on the Board. These paragraphs are then printed with the ballots. Ballots will go out in (Oct.-Nov.) and new members are announced at our Christmas Party in December.
