Six-time Emmy Award winner John Carlos Frey examines the four federal dams on the Lower Snake River and their cascading impact on the salmon runs that 74 Southern Resident orcas depend on to survive\, following the evidence through decades of decisions about the river\, the fish\, and the communities whose futures are bound to both.
