As we are made of energetic frequencies, we resonate with these sound healing tools in a symbiotic relationship.  The Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments create an atmosphere of resonant healing that will move you from the inside out.

<span;>We will share in an intention setting and check in beforehand, then a brief guided meditation to prepare us to slip into a deep state of relaxation. I will slowly bring in the sound instruments that aid in moving you further into an altered state of consciousness. This is a safe place to allow in more light and wellness.
