Science of Forest Bathing

Living Wisdom Project Invites the Community to a Free “Science of Forest Bathing” Event at Jackson Beach
Living Wisdom Project is excited to invite the community to Science of Forest Bathing, a free public event designed to help folks slow down, step outside, and learn more about the healing benefits of connecting with nature.
Held at Jackson Beach, this gathering will offer both learning and direct experience. Guests will explore questions like: What is forest bathing? Why have a nature-connected practice? What does the science say? And how do you actually do it?
The morning will begin with a presentation, followed by a guided practice outdoors, and will close with tea, conversation, and time to connect.
Event Agenda
10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Presentation
10:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Practice
11:30 a.m. Tea Ceremony, Q&A, and Social Time
This is a chance for community members to come learn something new, spend meaningful time outside, and experience a simple practice that supports calm, presence, and well-being.
Whether you’re brand new to forest bathing or already curious about building a stronger relationship with the natural world, all are welcome.
Rain or shine at Jackson Beach.
