The San Juan Island Library and Griffin Bay Bookstore are sponsoring an author meet and greet with Rosanne Parry at the public library on Tuesday, June 4 at 4:00 pm in Friday Harbor. Rosanne Parry is a renowned children’s author and is touring with her brand new book, The Wolf Effect: A Wilderness Revival Story. Parry’s other popular titles include A Wolf called Wander, A Whale of the Wild and A Horse Named Sky. Parry currently writes from a tree house in her backyard in Portland, OR. Her new picture book, The Wolf Effect: A Wilderness Revival Story, tells the true story of the reintroduction of wolves into Yellowstone National Park. Her books will be available in the library to purchase, courtesy of Griffin Bay Bookstore, so you can take home your own signed copy.
