Office Administrator – Lake Kennedy McCulloch CPAs

The office administrator maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service in supporting the daily activities of the firm, providing a broad spectrum of support to all departments in a fast paced,
challenging and rewarding environment. Requirements include strong communication, organizational, technical and process skills, with the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with common software applications. Successful applicants will thrive in a collaborative work environment and will possess uncompromising confidentiality. A background in a financial or accounting environment is preferred, not required. Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary tax and accounting software applications. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year.

Compensation is based upon experience. This is a full time hourly position 32‐40 hours per week.
