With over a decade in the Washington wine industry, Chris played a key role at DeLille Cellars, contributing to some of the state’s most acclaimed wines. His passion for winemaking is fueled by extensive travels through France, Tuscany, and Sicily, where he learned from local winemakers and honed his craft.
A Pacific Northwest native, Chris holds a degree in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington and was the first graduate of Walla Walla Community College’s Enology and Viticulture program. He even taught courses on wines of the world alongside industry pioneer Stan Clarke.
